Scope of the Guarantee

Valid only for new and current users who sign this agreement.
Effective from the date of signature and for 12 months thereafter.
Non-retroactive: any use prior to signature is not covered.

Eligibility Requirements

Action:

1. Send 9 “Attacks”

Generate and send one Attack every 40 days (maximum 50 days). Missing one ≈ disqualification.

2. Active Credit Monitoring

Keep PVD Credit Monitoring uninterrupted for the entire year. Cancellations/chargebacks ≈ disqualification.

3. Use MailExpress

Every Attack must be sent via MailExpress (tracked delivery). Any chargeback ≈ disqualification.

4. No new delinquencies

No late payments, negative accounts, or new installment loans.

5. Utilization ≤ 6 %

Your total utilization must be ≤ 6 % by the 8th Attack.

6. Utilization ≤ 6 % when claiming

Utilization must still be ≤ 6 % when you file your claim.

7. Wait 60 days after the 9th Attack

Allows bureaus to fully reflect changes.

8. Valid reports only

Allows bureaus to fully reflect changes.

How to Submit a Claim

Email support@pvdcredit.com with the subject “110% Guarantee Claim”.
Attach:
- – Proof of the 9 completed Attacks.
-  - Continuous PVD Credit Monitoring history.
-  - MailExpress receipts for each Attack..
-  - PVD Credit Monitoring reports showing your score and utilization.
We will acknowledge receipt within 30 days and issue a decision within 60 days (once all documentation is complete).

Incomplete, late, or non-compliant claims will be denied.

Grounds for Disqualification

Your score improves at any time within the 12 months.
Failure to send an Attack within the 40- to 50-day window.
Cancellation/chargeback of PVD Credit Monitoring or MailExpress.
New late payments, negative accounts, or installment loans.
Utilization > 6 % on the 8th Attack or at claim time.
Submitting monitoring reports other than PVD Credit Monitoring.

Limitation of Liability

PVD Credit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost credit opportunities, stress, etc.). Total liability is limited to amounts paid for PVD Monitoring and MailExpress during the 12-month period.

No Double Recovery

If you receive the 110 % refund, you waive any additional refunds or damages for the same services.

Privacy and Identity Verification

By submitting a claim, you authorize PVD Credit to review your credit monitoring data and related documents solely for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for this guarantee. All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

External Factors and Financial Conduct

Credit bureaus and creditors are independent entities; their delays or errors can affect results. Your own credit behavior (new applications, higher balances, etc.) also impacts outcomes and may disqualify you.

Non-Transferable

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be assigned or transferred.

Governing Law and Individual Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA. Any dispute will be resolved individually; you waive participation in class actions.

Modifications and Review

PVD Credit may modify or cancel this guarantee at any time. Changes take effect upon posting at www.pvdcredit.com and do not affect agreements already signed.

Severability

If any clause is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Entire Agreement

This guarantee, together with the PVD Credit Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
